The location was great, quiet, with amazing scenery.
The seats in the main lounge were too low for us
( pensioners) but there were plenty of cushions to pump them up. 😆

Property was spacious, location was great - quiet and peaceful, some local walks nearby. Games room
and cinema room were great and a big hit with the bairns. Kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub was enjoyed by all!
Kitchen appliances- fridge and freezer needed a little wipe (area where you’d keep milk etc in) and the freezer had a broken drawer.
Sitting room - blinds didn’t close properly as one was broken.

Plenty of space and activities to do: the games room, cinema room (so many great movie options) and hot tub were amazing. The view and area were also great, and the property was very clean. Lots of seating was available and very comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would require to cook, so no need to bring extra pots/pans/cutlery/dishes.
The hob broke while we were cooking on the first day of our stay, which wasted a meal for 12 people. So, I was very upset to have to buy more food and not have a proper hob for the rest of our stay. The owner was not on site, so we were not provided with a solution until the next day, where an electrician and portable gas hob were sent over to us. A few other things were also broken previously to our arrival, such as cabinet doors, an outside table, and blinds. I would also say more bins are needed at the specific property we stayed at, as it sleeps 12 there is a lot of rubbish/recycling, and the bins were full within 2 days.

Great location and everyone really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub and beds every comfortable
Couple small things that I feel if added would be good additions dart board in games room would be great and a tv in each bedroom only 1 bedroom had a tv and maybe an airfryer would have been great and the sofas in the games room have seen better days so as I sed just small things but would be great improvements returning in june and would be great to see some of the improvements listed
