Brilliant, cozy, would go again

Accommodation was amazing, loved the decking area too.

The parks night time lighting is not good. We stayed in A17 and there was no lighting so we struggled to see when we took our dogs for a walk.

Fantastic glamping pod

Really easy to check-in. Clear instructions. Pod was fantastic. So well laid out for a small space with everything you need. Really cosy too!!

The only thing I'd suggest is slightly bigger fitted sheets for pull down bed. It only just went on but really had to wrestle it 😆

Happy upgrade

Loved this place but had to upgrade to ensuite cabin as small pods don't have a toilet and being registered disabled i myself and having my Autistic Grandaughter with me we definitely couldn't go without a toilet so what was £72 a night turned into £178.31 for a night as had to pay an extra £106.31 to upgrade anyway was well worth the upgrade will know better the next time. DON'T BOOK SMALL PODS IF YOU NEED A TOILET IN POD.

Great caravan experience

Pretty much standard caravan experience. Nice decor. Quiet location. Plenty of space for walks. Good base for trips to local attractions. Self checking was grate too.

Excellent accommodation & location for family holiday.

The lodge with hot tub was spacious, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. All little extras supplied were added bonus. Very peaceful and quite great location. Lovely location for walks and lots to do within short drive.

Fantastic stay

Such a lovely, clean, quiet park. Caravan was immaculate and had everything we needed. Check-in was so easy, and plenty of information was sent beforehand. Kids also loved having the ducks come up to visit us each day. Will definitely stay again.

Beds were a little uncomfortable. That was the only thing.

Good location. Quiet site.

Site could be done with some investment to tidy up tired looking areas. A few parts of the site full of old bits of wood for example lying about. Accommodation listed at self catering but lacked the very basics. Kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer but no cups or teaspoons for making a hot drink doesn’t really make sense to me. Kettle was filthy had an old teabag inside it from previous occupants also full of dirt and slime which smelt like off fish. Was changed for a new one went taken to reception.

Very cute and very clean

stunning wee lodge! Extremely clean and some very comfortable beds. A nice big shower + kitchen considering how small the lodge itself is! Felt like there was loads of space even with it being small. There was only 3 or us, I think 6 peoples stuff would have been hard to squeeze it all in, but yeah it was perfect for us! Staff were really helpful and communication on checking in made it all very easy

Clean well run site but too big to feel you were in countryside.

Spacious pod with little table and chairs. View of duckpond and lots of wild rabbits. Games room was useful. Reasonable price.

The table tennis net was broken and the electronic darts board didn't seem to work. Didn't get the impression it would be checked even after reporting it. Personally prefer smaller sites and hadn't realised how big it would be. It was a long way to the toilets from our pod which didn't have one. Being toward the middle the view was mainly of canper vans and caravans with little scenery visible.

We came to Scotland for a wedding . Had a good time.

Very clean and the static was presented nicely. Also there was playground and games room near us which kept the kids occupied!

Great stay

I would definitely come back here. There are a few minor things I didn't like about my stay such as some dirty dishes, the lack of a tea towel or cleaning cloth in the kitchen, the tiny shower, the uncomfortable moving couch cushions and the tiny free view tv. But overall, the ease of entry when we first arrived, the facilities available. There are a lot of minor things like i listed above that i would sort out but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back, maybe with friends to one of the deluxe lodges.

Lovely week in spacious lodge

Great sized lodge for a family of 4 with a dog. Utility area with washing machine. Great kitchen. Large bathrooms. Comfy beds with nice bed linen. High quality accommodation.

No coat rack or hooks for coats and jackets in utility room/entrance.

The location was perfect for the grandkids, the ducks came over from the pond for breakfast in the morning, it’s a caravan space was a bit tight but was very comfortable.have booked again for next year

Get location. Didn't really see much cause of the winter months.

Because it was dark when we got there we couldn't see much or find anything. No lights around the cabin. Would of been nice to have some cutlery and cups in pod. Would be nice to have leaflets in room to show where facilities were

we really enjoyed our stay accommodation was top class as was the weather.

Location was really good, we found plenty of activities not too far away as we had children ages 18 months to 7 years

The park was good, could have done with an area to play ball games with grandchildren. On day of departure took recycling rubbish to skip by car an hour before departing only to find we couldn't get back in, the car registration had been cancelled. You may want to look at doing this as stated on booking 10.00 departure not 9.00

The camping pod was literally on the play park - fantastic for the kids to play safely where I could keep an eye on them while sitting out on the patio bench. Lovely pond view. Camping pods were close enough to the bathroom facilities which were really clean !! Very handy that there was a fridge in the camping pod. The double bed was really comfortable. TV in pod was great, good signal for choices of channels. Place was so peaceful, didn't hear a single noise during the night, slept great. Easy check in / check out. No hassle or waiting around. Smart park entry (reg recognition).. Again no messing around. I had phoned deeside contact number a few times for information before arriving and my questions were always answered with no problems, very helpful when you phone. Good customer service.

WiFi was really poor... Wasn't an issue for us adults as we're very aware that you go camping for the peace and quite, so definitely wouldn't get marked down for it ! ...it was just the older kids that weren't too pleased about it... If anything it was nice to see them outside rather than on their phones !! 😁

Location was quiet. Well signed and laid out. Entertaining wild ducks and other birds. Good access back to Aberdeen and other routes. Highly recommended for a stay of any duration. That's about it except that the Pod was very cosy and well eqipped.
