    Perfect location. Close to train stations, food, convenient stores, bars, clubs (especially but not limited to queer spaces)

    Stayed here for 4 nights while exploring Tokyo. Lovely place! Very spacious, and within walking distance to all the cool things Shinjuku has to offer. Only reservation was that the check-in procedure was very confusing - I hadn't received any communication about how check-in works before arriving, only to arrive to a closed door with no human receptionist. Messaged the hotel and they responded very promptly and gave detailed instructions to check in. Just had a moment of panic beforehand because I hadn't received any info!

    Property didn’t have working WiFi. TV didn’t work. Property also advertises a gym - doesn’t have. We couldn’t check in immediately as the code provided didn’t work. Do not recommend this property at all.

    Couldnt check in until 4pm, ridiculous. On agoda the pictures made the room look bigger then what it was. Tiny apartment, not our cup of tea. While moving around Japan, this is where we based ourselves. We only actually stayed in the room for 7 days. Next time we come to Japan it will not be here as our base.
