最寄り駅から徒歩１分、新宿までも歩ける距離。 最寄り駅周辺にコンビニや朝食が食べられるカフェあり。 静か。
ワンルームマンションのユニットバスなのでかなり狭い。 標準のアジア人体型ならともかく、体の大きい人にはかなり窮屈だろう。

バスタオル､歯ブラシ等､基本的なアメニティは全て揃っていました。キッチンもありましたし、掃除も綺麗にされていました。 ベッドが丁度良くて寝やすかったです。
普通のマンションの一部屋なので、入る時は少し怖く感じました｡（外観が暗く綺麗ではなかった）鍵が開いていて、入ると中に鍵が備わっている仕様で､オーナーさんにも一度も出会いませんでした｡冬場に宿泊したので、お風呂場がとても寒かったです｡
