The staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast chef and attendants) were wonderful, polite and helpful. The breakfast was the best because it met all my family members' unique dietary needs and it will be the reason I will book APA again. Location was very convenient, and neighborhood was safe to jog in, which is another reason to book this APA.
Rooms were too small, double bed was not a double-bed. The hallways were like furnace. If we removed our card key, the room air conditioner would turn off and when we return, it would take an hour to cool from 85 degrees to 65 degrees.

+ Location is great. It is close to under ground stations, shopping and restaurants.
+ The towels and bath ropes are changed daily.
+ The room was cleaned every 3 days or whenever requested.
- Although it could be a bit cleaner especially the bathroom (smells a little) and the hot public bath.
+ Staffs are very pleasant and professional. Will stay again.
The mattresses are getting old as it has dent in the middle.
