    Love the location, super near with shinjuku gyonmae station. I usually stay nearby lively shinjuku sanchome station but this location is on a quieter side, which i enjoy as well! The room was great, good amenities, love the shower room, clean condition. Only downside is the staff - this one younger staff - not so friendly, she could use a warmer welcome. I hope this can be improve :( Oh btw there’s a super cute cosmetic shop in pink just nearby there - the name is imint - please have a visit! And also this hotel provide a service to store luggages, which is good! I used this service as i need to go to Nagoya for a few days and i left one luggage there for my return to tokyo, fee is 500¥ per night. But can’t recall if it is only applicable to hotel guest or open to outsiders.

    Our hotel stay was great! My family and I stayed at the annex. It’s one building and the elevator opens up directly to the room door. The location is great. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the JR station. The interior offers an introduction to Japanese interior design. The toilet, one of the best parts, has heated seats. Some downsides are the microwave, breakfast, and massage. You don’t have a microwave in the room, you have to go downstairs, to the front desk, and ask for them to heat your food up for you. Tedious, but not too bad. The amenities listed included massages ang breakfast. They were not available. However, like previously stated, there are a lot of restaurants around the area. There’s also a massage parlor nearby, you just have to book in advance.

    The location is fantastic, close to shopping and transport options, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and parking options were limited, which could be inconvenient. Staff were okay but not particularly helpful, and facilities met basic needs without standing out.
