    Our hotel stay was great! My family and I stayed at the annex. It’s one building and the elevator opens up directly to the room door. The location is great. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the JR station. The interior offers an introduction to Japanese interior design. The toilet, one of the best parts, has heated seats. Some downsides are the microwave, breakfast, and massage. You don’t have a microwave in the room, you have to go downstairs, to the front desk, and ask for them to heat your food up for you. Tedious, but not too bad. The amenities listed included massages ang breakfast. They were not available. However, like previously stated, there are a lot of restaurants around the area. There’s also a massage parlor nearby, you just have to book in advance.

    The location is fantastic, close to shopping and transport options, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and parking options were limited, which could be inconvenient. Staff were okay but not particularly helpful, and facilities met basic needs without standing out.

    A clean & cozy aparthotel tucked in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood just 1km away from Shinjuku shopping district. The room is small but it has a kitchen stove, oven, toaster & mini fridge. The room and toilet is well maintained and clean. The shower works very well with strong water pressure and warm water. A 24hrs coin laundry is just opposite the hotel. There's Lawson, 7-11, Aeon and eateries all around. I enjoyed my stay.
