Hotel&Co. Sagami

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was extremely small-there was barely enough space to fully open my luggage. It was also very dusty, with dust covering many surfaces, making it feel like the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The private toilet was dirty and dusty as well, which was unacceptable. The shared bathroom was very poorly maintained. It was dark, with two showers located directly next to each other in the same room, offering little privacy. The floor was slippery and covered with hair, and I even noticed what appeared to be menstrual blood that had not been cleaned. The washing machine was covered in dust and looked like it had not been used or maintained for a long time. On the way to the shower, one of the steps was broken, creating a potential safety hazard that could easily cause someone to trip or fall. Another major issue was the lack of soundproofing. The walls were so thin that I could clearly hear other guests talking, making it difficult to rest. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, safety concerns, and very small room made this a disappointing stay. I hope the management improves housekeeping and repairs the facilities for future guests.

This hotel if you even want to call it that was awful. The shower rooms where so unhygienic, there were slugs on the floor one morning and black mould on the walls. The bedroom is so dark and the walls are so thin, we didn't get shown to our room and had to ask how to lock the door. It's cheap for tokyo but in reality it should've been way cheaper than it was. If you're not fussed about hygiene I would recommend our is you are a make there is a close by onsen.

It is all about location but way too expensive for what is provided. These are small rooms, all with one shared shower room which needs renovation. Toilets are available on both floors. This is a fully self checkin checkout facility. I was lucky to meet the manager in the morning who is a very nice guy.
