Pleasantly spacious room with bathtub which I prefer . Daily fresh towels and cleaning provided . We stayed in 3 person room (2 x twin bed and 1 full bed spaced apart ) eating table with 4 chairs . We stayed in the second building on the second floor 2E .

Good location. Quiet. Nice room, bed is a little firm, shower room is very good. Close to Metro stop, good coffee and supermarkets. Easy walk to all the action of Shinjuku.

Check in and check out process was smooth. Staff was very courteous and cooperative. They kept our luggage in the locker before and after check in which was a huge convenience. The only thing that I could complain about is the mattresses which were not very comfortable. Overall, recommend for it’s amenities and proximity to subway station as well as shopping.
