    Definitely 5 stars. I would totally stay here if were gonna be in Tokyo for few months. Love this place - so much vibes, comfy stay. Space is comfortable for two person, nice room, staff speaks perfect English, right in front Family Mart, 150m to a JR station, clean, with all the facilities you need. Just something to note that luggage storage is available but from 8am only as the staff wouldn’t be available 24 hours.

    It is located just far enough out of the center of Shinjuku that you can walk there but you still have a neighborhood feel. I loved discovering cafes and bars nearby that locales frequented yet I could also walk to Shinjuku for the shopping and craziness. The hotel is also quite small so it is fairly quiet. By Tokyo standards the rooms are quite generous in size. Would certainly book again!

    I booked this and immediately realize that I booked it for the wrong days. I tried to contact them to change the days, but they couldn’t change it, even just by one day.
