Overall, the stay was disappointing and fell short of the standard and comfort we expected.

The morning cereal and snacks Basic tea, coffee, and milk and orange juice. The hallway, living room, and bathroom were warm. The apartment is well-sized. Toiletries The location Underground parking.

We recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, found several issues that affected our overall experience. - The ensuite bathroom door lock in the main bedroom was broken, and we had to use a tool to open it each time. - The bath and sink had not been cleaned properly upon arrival. - The large windows in the living area have no blinds or curtains. Although the apartment is on the second floor, it offers no privacy, which we found unacceptable. - The apartment overall appears worn and would benefit from some refreshing. The décor lacks warmth and finesse. - Some of the spotlights flicker continuously, which is uncomfortable. - The bedside lamp is extremely bright and doesn't allow for softer lighting. - One of the cupboard doors is broken and cannot be closed. - Kitchenware is minimal and not sufficient for comfortable use. - The console in the hall is very wobbly. - The sofa is very low and not comfortable. - The TV is outdated, and we were unable to use YouTube without it crashing. - The Wifi password instructions are not displayed on the Wi-Fi box as stated, and we could not locate them. - The heating in the bedrooms could be improved. The outside temperature had been low due to snowfall and ice. The main bedroom did not warm up until the 2nd night, but it still wasn't overly warm. Overall, if you’re looking for basic budget accommodation, it may tick the boxes, but it fell short of our expectations for comfort and standards, with several areas of basic care and maintenance being neglected.

Poor attitude and communication from the owner. Heating didn’t work and the lack of urgency to fix given the cold weather was nothing short of shocking.

Property was clean and tidy and as described, the property was is a very good location within a very modern development just 10 minutes from city centre, the hosts were very friendly and messaged me instantly when I asked any questions of them, 10 out of 10 from Craig

The apartment was damaged. Non-functioning heating replaced by direct heating, lack of kitchen equipment. Possibility of accommodation only after payment of the deposit.

Perfect location for our visit. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Lovely modern apartment with comfy beds and bed linen and great showers.

Modern and clean apartment. Good location. Nice touches, coffee tea, croissants, milk etc

Simple things. Lack of kitchen items. Utensils, oven dish, pots large enough for pasta. Not hugely important but probably ok for those not wanting to cook. The door entry system was volatile.

we had to wait outside the door in the rain, because the guy wanted a deposit?? then after we left the place the owner is now not trying give us deposit back even though he claimed he already transferred it back?! scam!!!

The standard of accommodation was fantastic, it was extremely clean, tidy and very welcoming.

There was a continental breakfast available which was perfect for me personally on this occasion. There was also orange juice and fresh milk available 😁

The instructions received from the owner to get into the apartment seemed reasonably clear but it took us a number of attempts to open the door, not sure if we were not quite following the instructions or if we needed slightly more details?

Le seul petit point d'amélioration est la wifi payante si l'on veut de la data. Quelques difficultés à saisir le code de la porte d'entrée (il serait opportun qu'il soit remplacé)
