Good place to stay. Easy free parking. The house well eqpuiped with all you need. Helpful and very kind host.

The worst place I have ever stayed. Just as expected only half the deposit refunded.

Only half of the deposit was refunded because of tiny marks on the wall, that must have been present on arrival and the owner had the cheek to accuse us of breaking two chairs even though we reported the broken chair as soon as we found it. This place could give Booking.com a bad reutation.

Do not stay at this property! Unhomely and unsafe!

Nice house, good location.

This man should not be aloud to host guests at his property. If you look beyond the good reviews sure how he got them?) you'll find the odd alarming one, and rightfully so. First off he calls you to collect a deposit which is hidden under his covid policy in the small print. He tries to take £100 even though it said £75 when I checked. Then he meets you at the house and he gives you a tour switching every light switch off behind him as he enters a new room (it was night time and dark). I booked for work friends and after they checked in they went to the super market. As they were leaving they turned around to see him behind them in the super market leaving with no shopping in his hands. This could be co-incidence but following reviews on here I'd say he was checking to see if they were buying alcohol to have a party or something? When they got back to the accommodation they started looking at the house rules. You have to pay extra to use the washer and dish washer, you can use the bath but if you want to use the bubble future that will cost you £2 and you have to phone him to activate all of these things. He has a camera in his house that faces out to the back yard and he spies on you with it. There is a review on this property from a woman who stayed here that read "I closed the blinds at 22:50 and had a text telling me to open them back up." Oh yes another mad rule is that you're not aloud to close the blinds in the house? He said this was because of them neighbours but the lads met a few of the neighbours and said it was a nice neighbour and they were friendly. One of the lads smokes and he was not aloud to smoke in the back garden or outside the front of the house, he was made to leave the street. On the last day he shows up to the house to drop off laundry and insists on coming in. This must be a final check while you are there. Really creepy and unsafe place to stay if it was me I would have left first night.

Lovely place to stay

The house was well situated, spotless with comfy beds and lovely large family lounge , perfect for trips to the hospital or shopping in Aberdeen. The owner was lovely and very accommodating - we would definitely stay here again :)
