The size and location was suitable for our requirements. Car parking is available outside the apartment building. There is a bus stop nearby with regular buses to the city center, and a small shop across the road for essentials.
You don't find out until after you have booked this apartment with a non-refundable payment, that you have to collect the keys from a lock box on Union Street, 4 miles away in the city center.
Parking was available however I did not receive any instructions how to access the car park, or which parking space to use. There is also a gate for pedestrian access to the main road, but we were not given the access code. WIFI worked but again there were no instructions how to connect and we had to hunt for the password.
The £200 deposit seems excessive and I had to wait over 2 weeks after checking out for it to be returned.
