We stayed here as a group of 8 people with 2 cars

The area is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the region. The kitchen was well equipped with all necessary utensils and cookware. The terrace is fantastic – spacious, with plenty of chairs and a beautiful view over Rapallo and the sea. Perfect for a larger group. The house is big and well-equipped. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which made it very comfortable for our group. The living area is large, with both sofas and a big dining table. We appreciated having a dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge available. Water pressure in the showers was great. Electric shutters on the windows were a nice bonus. Each bedroom had air conditioning that worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the warm days.

The beds were quite uncomfortable – some mattresses were poor quality and several beds were squeaky. The house is located on a very steep hill. Be prepared for a workout every time you go back up – you’ll probably want a shower immediately after. Cleanliness could be improved. We noticed spiderwebs in some rooms and even some signs of mold. The electric kettle was in poor condition and not usable. Some appliances seem duplicated, which was confusing – for example, there are two dishwashers, two fridges, and two ovens, but not all of them work. Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable in several parts of the house.

Viihtyisä talo rinteessä, rauhallinen sijainti ja mahtavat näkymät. Sopiva kuudelle, olisi majoittunut enemmänkin. Ihana aamiaisterassi ja illalla parvekkeella voi katsella kaupungin valoja. Riittävästi viilentäviä ilmalämpöpumppuja eri tiloissa. Suosittelen auton vuokraamista, sen verran ylhäällä jyrkässä rinteessä talo sijaitsee (meillä oli kuudelle hengelle kaksi autoa).

Siivous olisi voinut olla tarkempi. Alakerran kylppärin lattiassa on jotain likaa. Talossa kannattaa pitää jotkut tossut jalassa.
