Siamo stati 4 notti alla Rubenyan Guest House e la scelta è stata corretta per le nostre esigenze di esplorare la zona circostante Artashat e Yerevan stessa. Il posto è tranquillo e si dorme bene. La colazione è sempre stata abbondante e buona, preparataci negli orari che preferivamo. Quindi grande disponibilità da parte dell'host, anche riguardo il check-in la sera tardi e altre piccole richieste prontamente accolte.
Le camere (ne abbiamo cambiate 2 per necessità dell'host) sono piuttosto essenziali, ma non male. Casomai il problema è il bagno/wc condiviso che è stato pensato in maniera abbastanza discutibile: costantemente allagato dalla doccia e senza possibilità di appoggiare alcunchè era veramente difficile da fruire. E dove anche la pulizia lasciava a desiderare.

Siamo stati con un gruppo di amici e mio figlio di 9 anni. Camere pulitissime, signora gentilissima e sorridente, cibo ottimo e abbondante. Voto 10

Ana est un hôte fantastique. Elle a organisé les transport pour nous pour aller a Khor Virap et a Sevan. Elle s'occupe de tout. Elle fait des petit-déjeuners excellent et très copieux. La salle de bain n'est pas dans la chambre, il faut traverser le couloir pour y aller. C'est un peu gênant, nous ne le savions pas, mais la gentillesse d'Ana fait oublier ça.
Nous avons du payer en liquide contrairement a ce que Booking indique la carte n’était pas acceptée.
