Very pleasant and helpful host; easy communication in Russian (and English would certainly work too). The location is quiet and a bit away from the city center - though still within walking distance - which is exactly what we wanted. Breakfast was truly excellent, with a wide selection. I definitely recommend it.
Nothing worth mentioning.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. .
Only one room has a private bathroom. Others have shared bathroom and toilet.
