Die Ausstattung des Hotels (Küche, Waschmaschine, riesige Terasse). Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Besitzers.
Die Matratzen sind wohl nicht "end of Service" sondern "end of life". Ich habe dennoch sehr gut geschlafen!

Very cosy and hospitable and the host clearly cares for the building. Great value for money.
Not much but there's a bit of a walk into town (20 mins) tho it's a reasonably nice one surrounded by fruit trees. Shower a little small and bed slightly hard perhaps.
