Absolutely great receptionist Alex and overall good vibes, good location.
The private couples room had no AC or Windows and it was really stinky and hot there unfortunately. The en suite bathroom actually makes the air situation worse in the room since there is no way to get out the steam.

As a first-timer in Yerevan, I truly experienced what a genuinely friendly, open-minded, and multicultural homestay should be like. I met some wonderful friends here: Kentsu, Uncle Mike, and Koushik. Special thanks to Alex, a very attentive and professional receptionist who handles issues swiftly and possesses an impressive depth of knowledge across many fields. I really admire his intelligence and humor. Those late-night conversations turned what could have been just another stay in an unfamiliar city into precious and wonderful memories in Armenia. Nice location in central Yerevan. Welcoming and helpful hosts.
No window in the room. Really nearby a club so it was quite loud at night.
