Convenient location just outside the city centre. Comfortable bed.
I used Airalo esim and could not connect for most of my time in Armenia. The coordinates shared to guests directed me to a closed door about 80m down the road. So without internet I had no way of knowing the place was elsewhere. Took most of an hour to sort it out and get inside. It’s behind a toll-lever gate which gives a ‘no access’ vibe. Solution: don’t buy airalo in 🇦🇲

Abbiamo apprezzato l'ospitalità dei padroni di casa. Abbiamo trovato una struttura pulita e confortevole per poter trascorrere 3 notti. Il bagno è molto spazioso, mentre la camera è leggermente piccola per 3 persone. Apprezzata l'area in comune in cui rilassarsi. L'appartamento è vicino al centro ed ha tutti i servizi nelle immediate vicinanze.
La porta della camera era difettata nella apertura, si faceva un poco di fatica nell'aprirla. Inoltre la stessa è sollevata un po' troppo dal pavimento.

It was near to all major locations and amenities. It was Affordable.
The view from the window. No cleaning staff to clean the room or bathroom. Lots of Noise made by other guests playing music, dancing & loud talking around 2 am which disturbed our sleep.
