Всем добрый день.Наконец то нашла время оставить отзыв об этом прекрасном местечке в любимом Ереване.Было хорошо , но мало. Первое - и самое главное- хозяин был все время,на связи .Отвечал на все наши многочисленные вопросы 2 - расположкние супер .Все достопримечательности и кафешки магазинчики в пешей доступности 3 Чистота и тишина.В номере есть все необходимое Фоток мало.Но впечатлений много Вообщем - итог моего отзыва - однозначно советую.Вернемся,скоро обязательно еще раз.Хозяину спасибо за гостеприимство.И конечно процветания

Все понравилось.Не понравилось , что было мало времени .

The host is the most helpful guy, excellent location, if you need to reset this is the place. 15-20 mins from the Republic Square and it's quiet like in the wild nature.

Сервис выше всяких похвал! Нигде меня так радушно не встречали, даже в 5-звездочных отелях. Артак лучший, он мне очень помог сделать проживание без проблем. Всё было идеально, от коммуникации до расположения комнаты. Дом находится рядом с крупными магазинами, которые работают допоздна. Есть территория, где можно подышать свежим воздухом и насладиться гостеприимно предложенным бокальчиком вина.

Location is pretty good - at the edge of the city center, and also at the edge of the old Kond neighborhood. This is essentially a small hotel with a few private rooms (3 I think), a shared toilet, a shared toilet/shower and a kitchen everybody can use, with a big fridge to store food, etc. It is not a room in somebody's home. All clean. Quiet location. The owner was waiting for me when I arrived, so he could give me the key.

The booking.com description says that the room has "garden views". However, my room didn't have windows at all. I think the other 2 do have windows. I expected a double bed. However, I got two single beds put together, with 2x single sheets, etc. The doors to the rooms have frosted glass panels (you can't see through them, but light passes through). Also, in my room, there was a (locked) door to the another room with such panels. As a result, when the light is on in the hallway, your room is all lit up. Same when your neighbors have the light on (and vice versa). Plus you hear everything they are saying in the other room. The owner does not live on site. He has to meet you to give you the key. Also, the place is impossible to find if you don't know where it is, so he has to show you. Alternatively ask him to tell you how to find it. I think he waits for all his guests to arrive. It would be good to tell him when you expect to arrive, to make it easier for him to meet you. Having an Armenian SIM in your phone so you can call him would also be great. The property is right behind the building at number 52, which is easy to find.
