The location of the hostel is great, and the environment is also great. The sheets and quilt covers smell good, and the hostel boss has helped us a lot! Thank you very much, boss!

Lokalita, prístupnosť dopravy, bezpečie, cena, ticho nad kaňonom, okamžitá reakcia a riešenie managera pri nejakej potrebe.
Predvídať potreby klientov bez dopytovania sa. Vybavenie kuchynky by mohlo byť lepšie, chýbali taniere, šálky, poháre... Odvoz smetí z kuchynky. Čistota závisela iba od hygienických návykov hostí, personál bolo vidieť málo.
