A quite, clean and comfortable guest house with very friendly and helpful staff. We loved everything, and that was a perfect place to stay near the very interesting Lusik Aguletsi House-Museum. Highly recommended and we will stay here again upon return to Yerevan.

Milý a pohostinný ubytovatel komunikujicí rusky i anglicky. Stylové ubytování s butikovými prvky v evropském standardu vybavenosti. K využití plně vybavená kuchyň. Dobré pokrytí wi-fi/vysokorychlostním internetem všech prostor. Lokalita 15 minut pěší chůze od hlavního vlakového nádraží. V pěší dostupnosti několik obchodů i restaurace. Velmi rád se ubytuji znovu i k delšímu pobytu.
V dané cenové kategorii nelze nic podstatného vytknout, snad jen upozornit, že ubytování není plně bezbariérové.
