Everything was exceptional except our view from the room.

Very clean and up to date. The room was exceptional. The breakfast was literally so yummy, better than any I’ve had at other hotels. Beds were very comfortable

The only thing that wasn’t good, was I booked a river view on booking.com and we were on the 2nd floor overlooking the street.

I LIKED THE LOCATION, DOWNTOWN HAS CHANGED SINCE GROWING UP IN THE CITY SO COMING BACK TO VISIT AND SEEING THE CHANGE WAS GREAT.

WE WLAKED IN AND THE FRONT CLERK WAS NOT PLEASANE, WE ASKED TO LOOK AT ROOM BECAUSE OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY AND AND FOR IT TO A HLIDAY INN IT DID NOY MEET THE EXPECTATIONS. WE DID NOT STAY THERE AND WAS TOLD WE COULD OT GET A REFUND THROUGH THEM SINCE IT WAS A THIRD APRTY WHO BOOKED US. BUT STILL WSNT ABLE TO DO SO BECAUSE4 THE THIRD PARTY DID NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE REFUND.

The staff was extremely rude. The room I booked on your site was not the room that they put me in and when I called to ask about it they dismissed me and didn’t address the situation until I continued to press it and they didn’t offer any type of solution or even apologize for it!

Bed was great. Location awesome.

Room smelled like wet dog. Let staff come smell it. Was told it was a normal smell from a/c unit. No way! Offered another room but said it smelled the same. Air wasn't even on or fan when I got to room. Bathtub had previous people's hair all in it. Had to rinse and clean before showering. Not what I expected for 200 dollars. Could've gotten same at motel 6. Will not stay here again.

My reservation was canceled without my knowledge and the front desk person wasn’t apologetic acted more like it was a normal thing. Our room wasn’t as clean as I’d expect and we had no Kleenex, almost ran out of toilet paper.

We require better handicap facilities.

The body wash bottle in the shower was empty. The room was listed as handicap accessible, but only had a bar neat the shower head. The shower head was not removal and the base was a tub with a high side my handicapped wife had to try to step over risking a fall.

Comfortable and convenient

Location, great bed and a hvac unit that I could control. The breakfast was really good, and the reason I chose an IHG express. I had stayed in one previously and loved the breakfast. Scrambled eggs were fantastic. Free coffee and tea all day.

Overpriced but about the going rate for other locations booking for the eclipse.

Great location, free parking, comfy beds

Had a really nice stay here. Beds were very comfortable and the location was within walking distance of the river walk and downtown site. Free parking was very nice! All the staff we interacted with was super nice.

The breakfast staff could use more help on the weekends, the poor lady was overworked but gmwas doing her absolute best.
