The apartment itself is lovely, great, modern shower with lots of hot water. Air conditioning which worked great. Comfy bed and good Wi-Fi.

You have to look past the street and the building itself which are far from luxury. The entrance hall and stairs had a lot to be desired and I am not sure anyone would attempt to go in the lift. There was no bin in the apartment apart from the one in the bathroom, there was no hand soap or bottle opener. The bedside table wasn’t near the bed neither was the one plug / switch which meant there was no where to put a glass of water within reach and the light was the main bright one which you had to get out of bed to switch off. The arrival instructions were non existent and the address is actually 30a and not 30. Despite advising of my arrival time I still had to call the owner to try and get information about where the keys were and which apartment it was. There was a language barrier so written instructions would have been helpful.

The owner is correct, the flat is clean and nice: good value for the money.

The apartment was really clean, and tidy. The bathroom was modern and well equiped. The metro is easy to approach, city center is 15 mins walk. The airconditioner worked perfectly, not noisy and not smelly: easy to set up the temperature. Our contact showed up in time, even a little before agreed: he explained us the important things to know about the apartment.

At first days one of the neighbors was noisy, he listened to music at late night. We knocked on his door, and kidly asked him to lower the music, and the problem was solved. After this there was no noise at all : at the same time we also contacted the apartment owner and he reacted immediately. The building is mostly empty, only some of the apartments are rented.

Stressful

The apartment is nice, but not worth the stress.

The host did not show up at the agreed time. When I called, he refused to give me the code claiming I did not make a reservation even though we texted before, I paid upfront and provided him with a booking ID. I spend an hour waiting and explaining that I have a reservation (roaming will cost me more than the apartment). Eventually, a passer-by approached and helped me. Another thing, check-out time is not 11, because a cleaning lady will throw you out at 10. The host is either trying to scam people or does not know how to use Booking.

extremely noisy, there was a party next door and the music was very loud until after 2am so forget about sleeping and resting! The place is very very narrow and small, maybe good for a family of three with a small child and/or for passing by(one night), definitely not for longer periods! it was pretty clean;the sofa is very small; we were a group of three motorcyclists and barely had space to walk around

Please read carefuly !!!!!!!!!! The apartment is in an office buulding, and upstairs there is a "Rock Music Recording Studio" They are recording music during the day. So you can not sleep at all during the day. The stuff can not speak in english properly. The building is always under construction. Please think twice!

The only thing which wasnt so good it was the club which was super loud!! I couldnt sleep until 3 o clock. If it wasnt for that the stay would be perfect

Έκανα κράτηση και στα δύο για ένα βράδυ το ένα δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καλό το άλλο δυστυχώς που έμειναν και μικρά παιδιά στο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν είχαν αλλάξει τα σεντόνια και υπήρχαν τρίχες
