We had an amazing stay! The staff was fantastic—they responded to all our requests, helped us with anything we needed, and were extremely kind and polite, especially Marco. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better, with bus stops nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the Vatican.
The room was a bit cold, even though we had the heating on full, but it didn’t affect our overall experience.
