The beds were comfortable, and each one had curtains. The hostel itself is also really nice, and it's very close to the train station and trams. Showers and toilets were mostly clean, too.
It would be nice if they added outlets to charge your devices for each bed. I didn't have a personal one, except for the one that comes with the light, but its USB-A, which is a bit outdated. Also the comfort of the bed had some dirty spots.

Good croissants, room design means nice amount of privacy for a hostel, good location, nice staff.
I couldn’t get a refund for the date I couldn’t make, I just don’t understand why there would be any reason to not refund given fair amount of notice. Exploiting people’s budget concerns (in a hostel) by having a cheaper no cancellation price is a stupid policy.

Great location less than 5min walk to train station, amazing facilities if you want to play sports (racket sports, climbing wall, gym), lounge area with live sports screened as well.
Electrical sockets are not next to every bed so you either get lucky or you have to charge next to someones bed (also doesnt work with any adapters as there is a grounding pin). Toilets were musty and mouldy especially the ceiling. Staff were helpful and pleasant except for one guy. The good location beside trains also means it gets quite noisy.
