Faciliteiten, grootte en support van de online desk bij vragen of problemen.
Voor deze prijs was het appartement toch wat afgeleefd. > 2000 Euro voor een 8-tal nachten is toch niet min. Ook het ontbreken bv. van de TV afstandsbediening in de living was een minpunt. Uiteindelijk hebben we een app gevonden waarbij we sturing konden van de TV. Het zou bv. handig zijn dat ook dit ergens in een begeleidende handleiding staat vermeld in het appartement zelf. Bv. 'Geen afstandsbediening? Download dan deze app. x'. Ook venster van de middenste kamer sluit heel slecht af. Sporadisch lukte dit zelfs niet. Ook led verlichting (via afstandsbediening) werkte nergens. Ook de keramische kookplaten waren heel onverzorgd. Bedsponde middenste kamer komt van de muur, .... Tal van kleine zaken. Maar nogmaals, online support was altijd zeer snel met antwoorden, .... Maar prijs/kwaliteit was het niet je dat.
