Entry hard to find and run down

Läget var centralt och bra utsikt över floden. Lägenheten var rymlig och hade okej utustning.Sängarna var okej.Rent och fräscht och bra med airkondition.

Our balcony looked right over the doura River. It is a very tiny balcony built for two if you each go out a separate door. Beautiful location for exploring Porto. You just need to expect a lot of hills to climb and descend.

Took this location because it included a washer but we assumed it would be a washer dryer? There was no clear way to hang or dry clothes?. We made it work, no big deal.

Clean apartment, nice view. 2 separate toilets were a pleasant surprise. Easy self-checkin. Big living room.

I would advise the accommodation-team to check the equipment at the apartments before new guests arrive. Upon our arrival, the kitchen had no kitchenware (except for a small pot) which made it impossible for us to cook & the AC in the bedroom wasn't working (empty batteries). I reached out to the team and they said that it will be handled, but even after 24 hours nothing got solutioned. Also, the accommodation's phone number is always busy (or doesn't exist). That was all somehow acceptable, even if unprofessional, but mistakes happen... When I asked for a second key to the apartment (we were 3 persons staying there), I fully expected them to say, they don't have one (and that would be ok). Surprisingly, they offered me to collect it in their offices in Porto. So I walked about half an hour in the summer heat to the offices to collect another key as promised, just to be told that they actually don't have a second key of the apartment, just giving me excuses, not even an apology. Honestly, it doesn't feel like the team cares about their guests at all... 1 day before our departure we were finally brought some pans to cook on and batteries for the AC (a little late though, and only because I went there in person, otherwise I have a feeling noone would've even cared about my claim). The apartment is located in a sketchy-looking area, it is however only 10 minutes walking distance from the center. Carrying luggage or groceries to the apartment was a bit of a hassle due to the steep hill it is on and the narrow staircases inside the building. Door handle of main bathroom kept falling out, shower head was broken, ironing board was also broken. In our opinion, this accommodation in Porto is not it.
