This beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo at the Lake of the Ozarks has all the comforts of home and has been newly updated, including wood flooring. Upon entering you will be welcomed into a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen looking out to the lake. It is just one easy flight of steps down from the parking lot. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. All appliances are updated and the beautiful counter tops are granite. There is a large dinette set with seating for six. The comfy furniture in the living room includes a matching sleeper sofa, love seat and recliner. There is a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and most of all large windows and door welcoming you out to the deck and lake. On the deck there is plenty of seating, an electric grill, and most of all steps offering easy access to the docks and pools. If you are bringing a boat or love to fish, you will appreciate how close the condo is to the docks! The condo faces east with sunrise views and relief from the hot afternoon sun. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, private full bathroom, and walk in closet. There is a recliner and tv in the master bedroom suite as well. There are lake view from the three large windows in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and adjacent full bathroom. There is a utility room with a full size washer and dryer. This condo is perfect for two couples! (MAXIMUM IS 4 ADULTS ALL OVER AGE 28, UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY PARENTS) You will feel spoiled by all the updates the owner has made with you in mind!
The condo is located at Wrenwood / Robinwood Condominiums at the end of popular Horseshoe Bend Parkway at approximately the 9.5 mm of the main channel. It is located in a quiet residential area. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet not too far from many restaurants and activities by car or boat. This condo is conveniently located between the two pools and hot tubs at Wrenwood / Robinwood. You will especially enjoy the "point" pool and hot tub located right at the water's edge of the main channel! Both pools offer large deck areas with plenty of loungers and tables for relaxing and watching the boats speed by. Wrenwood/ Robinwood also offers a tennis court (lined for pickle ball as well), a basketball goal and a small child's playground area. We have a convenient office nearby with regular hours where you will be checking in and picking up keys. Limited boat slip rental is available at an additional fee for boats under 28 foot. Boat launch and trailer parking is available at the office location nearby. We also offer other condos to rent at this complex if you need additional space. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Stayed in this lovely condo with our two teenage sons for a long weekend. The deck overlooks the lake. It’s a beautiful place for coffee in the morning. The house is well equipped, and easy to locate items. It’s a bit out of the way so if you want a loud and fun nightlife, This may not be the place for you. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is the perfect condo. The host were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The 2 pools and hot tub were wonderful, and not over crowded. We are looking forward to booking our next stay here

This condo was well laid out with plenty of room and was well stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. We were steps away from the covered boat dock and our boat slip as well as the beautiful pool that overlooks the main channel. The property managers, the Ungers, communicated with us throughout the process and were very helpful in getting our boat in the water. Would definitely rent again!
