The Solstice comfortably sleeps 10 guests across 4 bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1 (upstairs): King bed with ensuite bathroom with double sinks and bathtub
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs): King bed with shared bathroom
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs): King bed with shared bathroom
• Bedroom 4 (downstairs): 2 Twin bunk beds (4 beds total)
Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via smart lock; codes will be sent the morning of check in.
The Neighborhood:
The Solstice is located on the shores of Lake of the Ozarks near the Village of Four Seasons. Within a short drive you can reach many nearby attractions such as Lake of the Ozarks State Park (12.5 miles); Rocky Top Trail (16.5 miles); and golf courses including Osage National Golf Course (12.3 miles) and The Club at Porto Cima (8.6 miles).
Getting Around:
Rental cars are highly recommended, as ride-share services in the area are limited.
Other Things to Note:
1) We Are Dog Friendly (Dogs Only)
You're welcome to bring up to 5 dogs total. The pet fee is $185 for the stay, plus any applicable taxes. This fee helps ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and free of allergens for future guests.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If excessive pet hair is found that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.
2) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: doorbell camera, above the back door, and above the garage.
3) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.

Enjoyed every minute of it! Would definitely rent again. Property could use a little TLC. Weeds are overgrown at the front door. Windows were dirty with bugs on the inside sill. Bugs on the deck made just about useless. Dock definitely needs attention. Outdoor steps to water needs a railing. Not great for older guests. But over all a nice unit. Just needs some attention in a few spots.

The house couldn’t have worked better for our spontaneous weekend lake getaway! Great kitchen, plenty of bathrooms (3). The outdoor space was very nice also. Had a swimming platform in the dock where we were able to launch our paddle board with ease. Great location close to restaurants Only two things could have made it better…… sunshine and 20 degrees warmer!! But hey it’s Missouri so we take what we can get!!

Comfortable property for 6 adults. Great kitchen setup. Easy for us to maneuver. Great appliances.
Lots of hot water even when multiple showers were taken. Beds were very comfortable. Not a sore back between us. Big table for eating or playing games. Big deck overlooking the lake. We wish the view of the lake was better. A little obstructed by the neighbors' boathouse.
