About this cottage rental
Family owned, managed, and maintained! This house gives you free access to the exclusive Village of Four Seasons Aquatic Center with Indoor & Outdoor Pools (located 1/4-mile away)! We are constantly keeping this home fresh with updates. 3 new bathrooms completed in January 2025. New exterior doors and window (Nov 2021). New flooring, new fixtures, new stove & hood (Nov, 2020). On the water, octagon-shaped cottage with a unique architecture of rough hewn interior finishes and exposed beams. Amazing views from the huge deck makes this Treetop Village home feel like you are truly living above the trees. Your birds-eye view looks down into 1 of the 3 outdoor pools, with public boat slips steps away for fishing, swimming, or docking your boat. Two-level home with master king bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room with an additional full bathroom all on the main level; and a bedroom, sitting area that converts into a bedroom, and a bathroom in the lower walk-out level. The upstairs living room contains a sleeper sofa with a sliding room divider for additional privacy. Conveniently located and easily accessible off of Horseshoe Bend Parkway, a quarter mile past The Lodge of the Four Seasons and minutes from marinas, restaurants, nightlife and golf. By water, Treetop Village is located at the 13-mile-marker. Other amenities include an indoor heated pool with 2 hot tubs and sauna, 2 tennis courts, recreation dock, and a basketball/volleyball court. Smart TVs are 45 and 50-inch flat screens, each with DVD players.

The cottage was very nice and the owners were very quick to respond when I messaged them with a question. The pool was very close and clean. There is not any trailer parking available if needed, however we were able to secure some parking at a nearby storage facility. We will definitely check the availability of this property the next time we visit the lake!

Very nice property close to the lake close to the strip not far from stores. Property manager was very polite in any questions I had. He answered quickly, overall sat satisfied very much.

The property was fantastic! We love the location and the water view. The public docks right outside the home were perfect for renting a boat. The pool just steps from house was very convenient as well. We hope to return!
