Fabulous property close to Margaritaville amenities. Very clean and well-organized. The owner is very thoughtful to have all sorts of things that you’d typically have to bring yourself. Perfect property for a family or group looking for a nice relaxing time!

The condo was tremendous! Very comfortable and spacious for our family of five. There was a lot of confusion about which amenities as guest of Tan-Tar-A we were allowed to use. There was a shuttle that brought people to and from the resort. There is a shuttle stop right outside the door. We had no problems using the shuttle Sat or Sunday. However on Monday the staff at the hotel yelled and told my kids they were not allowed to take the shuttle since we booked through VRBO and not the resort. Of course my kids had no idea and were confused since they had taken it earlier. We did use the pool and spent lots of money there and at their restaurants which seemed fine, but try to use the shuttle and it was like we were stealing from them or something. Very disappointed in the resort and their staff.

The house needs updating. The disposal did not work, the oven door kept falling off and the heating units in the bedrooms didn’t have a temperature control so the rooms got too hot. We didn’t enjoy having a fireplace.
