About this apartment rental
This wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has so much to offer. It is located at the end of Horseshoe Bend by land in a quiet residential area and at approximately the 9.5 mm of the main channel of the Lake of the Ozarks. It is only 5 steps up from the parking lot and is an end unit facing south. Upon entry you are welcomed by a combination kitchen, dining room and living room area. But your eyes will be drawn to the great view! The living room features new wood flooring, sleeper sofa (FOR 1 YOUNG CHILD ONLY, NO ADULTS ON SLEEPER SOFA PLEASE), two chairs, new flat screen TV, and decorative fireplace (not for use). The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances. Your choice for seating for mealtimes includes a dinette set for 4, bar stool seating for 5 or high top patio set for 4 on the balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and awesome view of the lake from floor to ceiling windows. There is a private bathroom in the master bedroom suite with tub/shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and view of the lake. There is an adjacent guest bathroom with tub/shower. Utility room offers a full size washer and dryer. Your favorite place will undoubtedly be the balcony overlooking the main channel of the lake, swimming pool and hot tub! Relax while watching the family enjoy the pool right in front of you and the boats racing by! Sorry, but due to insurance, no grills of any type are allowed at the condo buildings.
Wrenwood/ Robinwood Condos offers two swimming pools, two hot tubs, tennis court, pickle ball court, small children's playground area and basketball goal. There are five boat docks for fishing and limited boat slip rental available if you are bringing watercraft under 28 foot in length. There is an additional fee for the boat slip, which includes trailer parking and boat launch nearby. The condos are in a quiet, residential area where you are able to relax and get away from it all. They are also a short distance from restaurants, boat rental or activities by car or boat. We have an office with regular hours across the street from the condo complex where you will be checking in and picking up keys. Check in is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. We have other condos available for rent at the same condo complex if you need additional space for family or friends. MAXIMUM IS 4 ADULTS AND 1 CHILD UNDER AGE 14.

Location was awesome. Watched boats go by, the granddaughter loved that. Pool was quite and relaxing. We will definitely come back here. We had meet Kevin and his wife a year ago. Forgot they had condos. Really enjoyed there place 💞💞
