About this apartment rental
This is a wonderful condo for a family offering a queen size bed and four twin beds. It is located at popular Bay Point Condos at the end of Horseshoe Bend at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Bay Point is popular for being a smaller, friendly, family oriented condo complex with only five buildings. This condo is located in the building overlooking the swimming pool and lake. It is an end unit on the top level and faces south (6 steps, landing, 6 steps, landing, 6 steps). Upon entry you will be welcomed by a spacious kitchen and living room combination. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need for preparing meals. There is barstool seating for 4. The living room has a sofa and two chairs, flat screen TV, fireplace, ceiling fan and best of all great view of the lake. There is a vaulted ceiling making the condo spacious. Out on the balcony you will love the opportunity to watch the kids at the swimming pool or the boats speeding by on the main channel. The balcony is open air and is not covered. There is seating for 6 on the balcony. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and rocking chair. The ceiling is vaulted in the master bedroom. There are floor to ceiling windows with fantastic views of the lake and pool, and private patio door to the balcony. The master bedroom suite offers a private bathroom with separate vanity, and walk in closet. There is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and adjacent full size bathroom. The staircase will lead you to the third bedroom loft for the kids with two twin beds and shortened vaulted ceiling. CONDO ACCOMMODATES UP TO 4 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN UNDER AGE 16.
The condo is located at Bay Point Condos at the end of Horseshoe Bend at approximately the 9.5 mm of the main channel. It is in a residential area where you can relax and get away from it all, but also is close to many activities and restaurants by car or boat. They boast a beautiful swimming pool sitting out on a point with a panoramic view of the main channel. There is plenty of seating at tables under the shade tree or lounge chairs for sunbathing. Due to insurance, no grills of any type are allowed around the condo buildings. There is a gazebo area with plenty of charcoal grills and picnic tables for anyone's use on site. We have other condos available for rent at Bay Point if you need additional space for family or friends. There are four boat docks for fishing or if you are bringing a boat. Boat slips of varying sizes are available at an additional fee. We have a convenient office with regular hours just down the road from the condo where you will check in and pick up keys. Boat launch and trailer parking is available at the office location.

Pool perfect for such hot weather. And fun to watch the parade of boats on the lake. Complex is quiet and well-maintained. Just off Horseshoe Bend so a pleasant drive from Hwy 54.

Amazing, great view, clean, has everything, just as advertised. Great balcony view, great living room and bedroom view. Pool was wonderful and all the owners of the condos we met were very friendly. We’re already booked to go back in six weeks that’s how great it was! You NEED TO STAY HERE!!!

We come to LOTO at least once every summer and have rented many condos. This one has, without a doubt, the most amazing view of the main channel and the well-maintained pool. I believe we stayed in condo #14. It was very spacious, clean, and had plenty of parking. We brought our Sea-Doos down with us and Kevin was very helpful with trailer parking and providing a map of the dock with clear directions to our slip. We will be back! Thank you!!
