The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs for mealtime and has all newer appliances. Dining options range from inside dinette seating for four, bar stool seating for four, and patio table seating for six on the balcony. Undoubtedly you will be drawn to the balcony to enjoy the magnificent view it offers! You can't get much closer to the water! The balcony is screened in and has a ceiling fan. It is a corner unit, which gives you even more of a view.

The master bedroom suite boasts a full wall of floor to ceiling windows looking out over the main channel. It has a new king size bed, flat screen TV, and best of all a newly remodeled bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower that you are sure to love! The guest bedroom has a unique set of two queen size bunk beds with stairs to the upper bunk. There is a separate light and plug in above each bed. There is a TV in the guest bedroom for streaming only. The full size guest bathroom is adjacent to the guest bedroom and is also newly remodeled with beautiful walk in shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and new carpeting. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the condo for your use.

This condo is located at the end of Horseshoe Bend by land and at approximately the 9.5 mm of the main channel at Bay Point Condos. It is in a residential area where you can relax to get away from it all, but also close to many activities and restaurants by car or boat. Bay Point is a family oriented, smaller condo complex with only 5 buildings. It is on a point overlooking the main channel with a heated swimming pool and great panoramic view of the lake. The pool area offers a large wrap around deck, plenty of loungers for sunning and tables and chairs for relaxing under a large shade tree. Restrooms are located near the pool. Sit back and relax as you watch the boats go by either from your condo or at the pool! There are four boat docks at Bay Point for fishing or with boat slips of varying sizes available to rent. Due to insurance, no grills of any type are allowed near the condo buildings. There is a gazebo area with charcoal grills and picnic tables for anyone's use on site. Quiet hours 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Due to space, please limit parking to 2 vehicles. MAXIMUM OF 4 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN UNDER AGE 14.

We have a convenient office with regular hours located just down the road from the condos for easy check in and check out. We also offer other condos for rent at Bay Point if you are in need of additional space for family or friends. Boat launch and trailer parking is available at the office location.
