Location, Location...it's great! It is only a few steps down to this end unit and it is very close to the pool! Bay Point is a smaller, friendly, family oriented condo complex. located at the end of Horseshoe Bend at the Lake of the Ozarks. Upon entry you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen and living room combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances and everything you will need for preparing meals. There is bar stool seating for four. The living room has newer furniture which includes a couch, love seat, chair, and flat screen TV. There is a decorative fireplace (not to be used at owner's request please). Best of all is the great view of the main channel from the screened in balcony of this end unit. You can even see the corner of the pool from the balcony. There is seating for six as you enjoy a meal and watch the boats speed by. The condo faces east for sunrise views. The master bedroom boasts a new bedroom set with king size bed. There is a TV with DVD in the master bedroom. Wall to ceiling windows and private patio door entrance to balcony will provide you a great view of the lake upon awakening. The master bedroom suite has a private bathroom with separate vanity. A full size washer and dryer is located just off the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and bunk beds. The bunk beds are for young children only please. The full size guest bathroom is located adjacent to the guest bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the living room, both bedrooms and on the balcony. New wood flooring adds to the beauty of the condo.

Bay Point is appreciated for being smaller in size, being family oriented, and having an amazing panoramic view of the lake from their swimming pool. There is plenty of seating on the deck at the pool from table and chairs under the shade tree to loungers for the sun lovers. Restrooms are located down by the pool. We offer other condos for rent at Bay Point as well if you need additional space. Due to insurance, no grills of any type are allowed near the condo buildings. There is a gazebo area with picnic tables and charcoal grills for anyone's use on site. The condo is conveniently located near the boat docks. There are four docks for fishing or docking your boat. Boat slips of varying sizes are available to rent at an additional fee. We have an office with regular hours just down the street from the condo where you will check in and pick up keys. Trailer parking and boat launch is available at the office location. The condo is located in a residential area where you can relax and get away from it all, but near enough to many activities and restaurants by car or boat. CONDO WILL ACCOMMODATE UP TO 4 ADULTS AND 2 SMALL CHILDREN.

Condo was just what we needed for a group of 4. Pool was nice, screened porch perfect for sitting, eating, and game night. Plenty to do close by. Our only regret was discovering the water heater was half size. We had to space out showering to not run out of hot water.

Great location and the condo was perfect! Great view from the room, great pool with a view, and everything in the unit was easy to use and very clean! Quiet location for the Ozarks which was a plus for our family!!! Beautiful place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the views!!
