Quiet, stylish, newly renovated lakeside condo at Lake of the Ozarks with stunning lake views. Features a private master bedroom, a fold out queen sofa, private balcony, and community pools/hot tubs. Comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Perfect for relaxation and exploring local attractions, just 10 minutes from dining and entertainment.

• Living Area: Modern furniture, including a comfortable grey sofa and a light blue armchair. Enjoy entertainment on the 55-inch HDTV with Roku.
• Kitchen: Well-equipped with a large island and bar stools. Appliances include a Keurig coffee maker (for both pods and pots), blender, toaster, and tea kettle. Mixing bowls and a pitcher are also provided.
• Bedrooms: Master Bedroom features a king-sized bed, condo is also equipped with a brand new fold out queen sized Byron Sofa Bed by Koala
• Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a convenient shower-tub combo.
• Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer unit is available for guest use.
• Entertainment: Games and books are provided in the cabinet.
• Private Balcony: Enjoy stunning lake views from your private balcony, furnished with a dining set and a small sofa, perfect for a quiet cup of morning coffee or a glass of wine while unwinding.
This space comfortably accommodates 4 guests.

As our valued guest, you will have exclusive access to the entire private condo. Additionally, you are invited to enjoy a wide array of community amenities designed for relaxation and recreation:
• Two amazing pools and hot tubs (seasonal, typically open from Mid-May to Mid-October).
• Workout areas.
• A group meeting hall.
• Tennis courts.
• Walking/running trails nearby.
• A swim area in the lake, perfect for launching paddleboards or kayaks.
Please note that boat launches are located just down the road and require a fee for use.

Located at the 9MM, our pools have one of the best views on the lake.

Please take note of the following important information for your stay:
Fees and Charges:
• A non-refundable cleaning fee applies to every reservation. This covers standard turnover cleaning and is not a deposit.
• A non-refundable pet fee of $99 per stay applies when guests bring pets, including ESA animals. Guests must select the pet option during the booking process to disclose a pet. Failure to disclose a pet will result in an additional $99 fine. Service animals are exempt from the pet fee.
• Our community pools are located at the 9MM and offer some of the best views on the lake.
• The pools and hot tubs are seasonal, typically open from Mid-May to Mid-October.
• Boat launches nearby require a fee for use.

We had such a great time. The place was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend.

Everything about the condo was perfect. Super clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was stocked with things to make sure you could do dishes and plenty of items for cooking. There was even spices and some staple cupboard items like sugar and coffee. Common area was comfortable, bedroom was as well. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We found the deck and outdoor pool/hot tub to be perfectly clean and maintained as well. My kids have already noted that they miss the pool! Great place to stay!
