Cozy 1-bedroom condo in Lake Ozark. On the lake at the prime location of the 4MM

Cozy condo with million dollar views. Steps away from a popular lake bar as well as a pool that we didn’t get to use because it was out of season. Condo was well appointed with bathroom amenities, coffee and kitchen needs. Can’t recommend enough, it was a great stay.

Yes, air was good. Floors had some hair, dry dirt and dust bunnies which stuck to a clean pair of socks worn on first night significantly. Otherwise, kitchen and bathroom very clean, bed very nice and all else was clean and appropriate.

Beautiful property and host was amazing to work with. Made for a great weekend and highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Inside the property was amazing. Clean, update decor, very well stocked etc. If I could rate just the inside it would be 5 stars. We arrived late and the stairs down to the unit aren’t lit so it made carrying our items in really rough as those steps are steel. I think there’s one light but must have been on a timer because it was out. I would not book the property if you are wanting to use the pool. The steps are very steep, which is obvious from the pictures. But the pool itself needs serviced or cleaned before anyone can actually swim in it. There is a shared patio with the other units. There was a family with a small child and two adults that were on the patio hours at a time chain smoking. The smell was awful as it was immediately in front of our unit, plus we weren’t able to grill or be outside. I would definitely suggest the owner/manager talk to the other owners about having a smoking policy. I know this is a lot of complaints. If it were just the inside of the unit and what was stocked/provided it would be a 5 star review. Hopefully these things get addressed.
