Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The WiFi was terrible, did not work at all. We had better service at the beach than inside. I brought my laptop and I couldn’t even get it to connect at all.
Bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. Toilet had spots I was able to wipe up with a wet paper towel. The shower shelves had scum/gunk underneath.
The balcony could have better furniture. The swing was amazing but there were only two chairs and a table, they were those plastic cheap ones.
Overall the condo itself was nice. The location was perfect and a short walk to the beach! The front room was nice to be able to store your beach stuff and not have to track it throughout the condo. The beds were comfortable and the decor and such was nice!

We loved waking up to the ocean view every morning. It was such a short walk to the beach and condo pool. Very close to all restaurants and stores. We came for our honeymoon and enjoyed every minute of it!

A balcony slider was off track when we arrived. We were not able to enjoy the oceanfront benifits the entire week. VACASA was contacted but never did a follow up with the local people.
The unit's area rugs turned our feet black. :(
