Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The pricing is great for an ocean front unit. Unit was stocked well and cleaned well prior to our stay. Would definitely rent again.

First beach trip with our 4-month old, so we knew we were going to be spending more time in the room than usual. The separated bedroom was great for putting her down early, the full kitchen useful for cooking (and cutting down the cost of eating out), and the oceanfront balcony was surprisingly large. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful unit with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo has plenty of space for our family of 4 and was nicely decorated. They had a good starter package with sponge, toilet paper , trash bags and more. All the towels and linens were provided which was a great idea, other places we have stayed only offered that for an extra few.. We were a little disappointed about the cleaning and maintenance, which falls on the property management company. But nothing we could not manage.

we have been staying at this location and booking this room for over 5years (previously through the other rental company and ow this year first time using vacasa) the room is great, this year it looks like it got a lot of tlc and updates - new paint, some new furniture, new counter tops, new wall art. the room could still use a little more tlc but we are always happy when we stay here. vacasa was a good experience (albeit odd...someone called me two days before our check in date to ask if this was a family vacation because in her words "we dont want to rent to teens" um?! why is that any of your business...but yes it was a family vacation) the linens were included (i guess thats why vacasa charges double almost trip what CB was charging) but the big difference was the cleanliness of the unit kudos to vacasa..their cleaming staff are much better than CB!!!
