The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want! Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well.
Make yourself at home in this space, where you'll have a balcony overlooking the beach that's accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. Additional features include a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and TVs in the living room, the den, and both bedrooms.

The TV in the second bedroom has no cable, it's for DVDs only
This condo features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area, but The den is open (there's no partition/wall)
Smoking is not permitted.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was a great space that was very clean and comfortable for me and my friend for an extended weekend stay for a festival. We had plenty of space and a great view of the water. The location being across from a bus stop was convenient for our use. The process for checking in and out was fairly straightforward too.

We have been coming to Sea Watch for 10+ years and love the property/amenities. This unit was spacious, clean and nicely updated. Unfortunately a transformer blew and we lost power, causing my 2 year old to wake up at 6am. They had the power restored by about 10am so while it was annoying, it was over pretty quickly. My only other complaint, which is the same complaint for every single unit I've stayed in at Sea Watch, and that's the beds are seriously uncomfortable. This unit was great and we look forward to coming back next year!

Overall, this was a cute condo and pretty much had everything we needed. The kitchen appliances are outdated but the bathrooms seem fairly newly remodeled and were really nice. The toilets ran water for a while but otherwise were great. We found a few things left from previous visitors that shouldn't have been there so the cleaning team should have checked more thoroughly. It was nice to not have to bring linens and the ones thar were provided were great. The amenities on site were nice but kind of a pain because for some of them, you have to go to the security guards in the garage to get a key and can only rent them for an hour at a time. Lame. Pretty sure rhe pool is not heated, at least it didn't feel like it. But there were plenty of tables and chairs and a nice kiddie pool. Overall, it was a great vacation.
