Relax at the beach or enjoy the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a complimentary movie theater, a billiard room, a fitness facility, saunas, a game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, and a beautiful interior courtyard, plus basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for guests’ convenience.

Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This unit was set up perfect for my family’s needs. Everyone had the space they needed for a great week at the beach.

Great location, condo has everything you need. Washer and dryer is so nice to have..came back with no laundry. My kids liked the pool although I didn't swim. They only would use the outdoor, can't speak on indoor...many upgrades since last year throughout the property, grounds were really nice photo backdrops! We had a great meal at Tailchaser, and amazing sandwiches from Anthony's (a bit of a drive..worth it). Absolutely will stay here again!

Facilities and amenities were great for a family of 5. Only 2 complaints… the master bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky with poor quality linens. Not much sleep for us all week. Also, the bathrooms and kitchen were not very clean. Other than that, it had everything you need to function well as a family during vacation.
