There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.
Located in Ocean City, The Sea Watch offers guests everything a vacationer could want. Relax at the beach or enjoy the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a complimentary movie theater, a billiard room, a fitness facility, saunas, a game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, and a beautiful interior courtyard, plus basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for guests’ convenience.

This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
SMOKING PROHIBITED INSIDE UNIT
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We loved our stay in this unit. It was very clean when we arrived. They left a goodie bag of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, and other toiletries to get you started until you went to the store. Love all the amenat the Sea Watch.

Our room was very clean and any minor issues in previous reviews were resolved! We were pleased that very clean and I unstained linens and bath towels were included as places in the past that was an extra. Also pleasantly surprised we were offered a late check out for a small fee, which was very convenient for our family! Very spacious for our family of 6, we will definitely come back!
