The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Smoking is not permitted. The den is open without a partition or wall.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was our first time staying at Sea Watch, and overall, we had a wonderful summer vacation with our two kids. Every staff member we encountered from Security to the Vacasa office was incredibly kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated.
The unit itself has a fantastic view of the beach, and we really enjoyed spending time on the balcony and taking advantage of the great common areas Sea Watch has to offer.
That said, there are definitely some areas where the unit could use improvement. The cleanliness and condition of the furniture and appliances left something to be desired. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable with noticeable lumps, and unfortunately, the master bathroom had a lingering odor we couldn’t seem to eliminate, even after cleaning it ourselves. The refrigerator was leaking, and both bedrooms would really benefit from updated furniture. The kids’ dressers handles were falling off.
Despite these issues with the unit, we made the best of our stay and enjoyed the overall Sea Watch experience. With a few updates, this could be a really fantastic rental!

The condo was nice, clean, up to date, and has an awesome porch and view. The 2 bedrooms plus two others rooms were plenty of space for our family of 6. The kitchen was equipped with good basic supplies and appliances, the beds and bathrooms were nice. The only thing I could say for improvments would be that the couches might need replacing soon, they are starting to get a little worn. The major plus for this property are the amenities of the building. The staff us wonderful, its always clean, and we really enjoyed the cinema, sauna, billards, basketball, and pickle ball offered there. The atrium aslo gives the building a wonderful atmosphere.
