The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
NO SMOKING. The den is open without a partition or wall.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The room was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. It had everything we needed and more. The decor was cute and made the room feel upscale and homey. The kitchen set up was the best we've seen, every condo should take notes on this set up! This room will be added as a favorite and hopefully we'll be able to book the same place again next year!
We love the Seawatch and their amenities, we recommend it to everyone interested in vacationing in ocean city.

We enjoyed the beautifully furnish Seawatch by Vacasa on the beach in Ocean City MarylAnd. Great views, Tennis, Arcade, and Basketball court for kids. Walk out to beach everyday with showers on property. Condo provided all tags, chairs, and umbrellas. Nice time!

Overall, the layout is beautiful and they’ve definitely done some upgrades since the last time we stayed in this unit. Unfortunately, we dealt with a leaky sink and dishwasher and some of the blankets and pillows were really dirty. Also, our Internet box crapped out this year again so they had to replace that. I would definitely recommend staying in Sea Watch that would encourage the owner to ensure amenities within the unit are taken care of and that the linens, especially pillows and blankets are clean and disinfected.
