Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
*Guests should complete the online check in 3 days prior to arrival to avoid delays upon check in. Guests are charged $15+Tax for guests 5 years and older. Guests will be charged for any lost wristbands. 2 Parking Passes Max. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including the beach. There is one designated area to smoke, it’s located at the bus stop as you enter the property from Hwy 98.*

Clean and updated accommodations - everything one could need to cook !! thought with being apartment 111 we would have been on the ground level- had to take the elevator up and down to access the beach.

Terrible communication w/Realjoy whom we booked it through. I had to call them 15 mins before arrival to get the code to get in (other companies send it an hr or so before). No instructions on how to leave things (towels in bathtub) etc. lastly the resort wouldn’t let us lock up a rented paddle board behind the trees & it didn’t fit in the elevator (1st floor but parking garage on ground level). We lifted it over the balcony, not sure what we’d have done had we been on any other floor!
