Great view and overall nice facilities.
Check in was at 4. We arrived shortly after ready to start our vacation and the room was not cleaned. The cleaning crew eventually showed up and took an hour cleaning but did an average job. That is completely unacceptable. There was still sand on the floors throughout. The King bed mattress cover did not fit properly and kept coming off when we slept. There needs to be more eating utensils provided. Also the umbrella rental procedure was not clear and we were never able to get a front row umbrella and chairs. It was more difficult to watch kids from the middle row. I think the cleaning fee charge should be waived or credited back to us because of the experience.
