Welcome to our Gulf Front Condo. The unit is on the 6th floor of Sterling Sands.
Enjoy this condo with its scenic views of the emerald green water and crystalline white sand. Our condo has been completely remodeled with new furnishings. Enjoy the ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Our deluxe condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both bedrooms have a TVs for your enjoyment and have updated mattresses for your sleeping comfort. The living room has a sofa queen bed with two rocking chairs for relaxation. The kitchen has been remodeled with white quartz counters and has updated appliances with three swivel chairs. The dining table can accommodate a party of 6. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
This condo rents Saturday to Saturday during peak summer. We do not offer discounted long term rentals.
Access to the pool area, common areas and private beach is controlled by the association Each member of your party will have to purchase a wristband for a small fee from Sterling Sands Association. Beach Services are available to purchase between March 1 to October 31. The beach service also offers beach kayak and boogie board rental for a purchase.
Our Condo does not allow guests to bring pets. There is also a no smoking policy both in the condo and on the balcony.
Sterling Sands is conveniently located near numerous attractions, dining options and shopping centers. Just a short walk is Merlin's Pizza, Liquor store, The Track(arcade-bumper cars), and Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Shopping areas include Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Many opportunities to go fishing, parasailing, dolphin tours, snorkeling tours, sunset tours and Pirate ship cruise.

very well stocked and supplied. Door to the balcony from the master bedroom, which we love. The only disappointment was the beach service was not included, which is not what the listing said when we booked it. But the room was fabulous. Sterling sands really needs to get the evaluators fixed.

Beautiful condo with plenty of space to have game nights or seclude yourself to read a book or listen to a podcast! Maintenance was very helpful and quick when fixing the dryer. Communication was easy & quick overall. We would definitely book again if future dates align with availability!

We had the absolute best time here at our first time in Destin! Couldn’t say enough about how responsive our host Angie was throughout our stay. Our condo was breathtaking and so clean! The stores and restaurants were so close, the pool and beach made it perfection. We are looking forward to returning! We made so many memories. We loved every second!

Great unit with beautiful ocean front views. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm . Comfortable and close to a plethora of eating establishments and shopping.We will return!!
