Location and stunning views, anyone? This Gulf Front condo is located right in the heart of Destin and has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 6. The master suite has a king, flat screen TV, and balcony access. The guest bedroom has a twin and twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 4) plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo has been remodeled with quartz countertops, new cabinetry, tile flooring throughout, quartzite vanities in baths, remodeled baths, and new ceiling and tile on the balcony! Upgrades also included new furnishings, large flatscreen TV's for downtime after beachin'.

*Guests should complete the online check in 3 days prior to arrival to avoid delays upon check in. Guests are charged $15+Tax for guests 5 years and older. Guests will be charged for any lost wristbands. 2 Parking Passes Max. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including the beach. There is one designated area to smoke, it’s located at the bus stop as you enter the property from Hwy 98.*

Sterling Sands is an 8-story mid-rise condo building right in the heart of Destin! With all the amenities you're craving nestled in a tropical setting, you'll love Sterling Sands! Float in the 71-foot free form pool, (heated seasonally), or soak your muscles in the outdoor hot tub. Grill up some steaks or your catch of the day in the covered barbecue/picnic area or work out in the fitness room, enjoy a spectacular sunset or sunrise over the water from your private balcony and have a vacation to remember! The condo is beautiful and has such a great view. We watched dolphins every morning having coffee. I do think the condo could have been a little bit more cleaner for the price to pay. I think they do a fast sweep for the next people staying. I did let the property know of issues on both bathroom ceilings and fans. I would stay here again for sure.

Very clean and well appointed condo. Lots of room. We really enjoyed the balcony, the view and close proximity to the beach.
