About this apartment rental
Enjoy our beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico at Silver Beach Towers West Unit 1505. New floors and updated furniture! The view, the view the view. The view is from the living room, the master king suite and the 2nd bedroom, with each room opening out to the deck on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin. This 15th floor unit is comfortable and elegant. There are 3 tv and dvd's. (WIRELESS INTERNET) Smart TVS so you can use your Netflixs or stream your favorite! The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
The master suite is both private and has a panoramic view of the gulf. The master bath has a large walk in shower with shower bench and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two queen size and two floor length windows on the gulf with a patio door leading to the deck. 2nd bath also has a large walk in shower with bench.
This condo is comfortable and just like home on the beach. Large 1400 square foot unit. full equipped kitchen. Enjoy Back Porch just steps from the beach of Silver Beach Towers West for great seafood. Less than one mile from Big Kahuna's.
New Beach rules this year: In the past I have purchased the subscription and the beach service was free to my renters. I have paid a beach subscription fee this year, allowing my renters to reserve a set up per day of $30 a day for 2 beach chairs and one umbrella. This money does not go to me. I will send you a code and a slip to fill out for the days you wish to reserve. When you reserve the money goes to the beach shack. If you need an extra set up for more family members it is $65 per day. I do have 4 sand chairs in my unit for my guest to use.

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Easy access to pool and ocean. Parking garage was great and elevators were awesome. Never waited on an elevator longer than a minute. Will definitely stay at this condo again!! Owners were very attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. Restaurants were located close by in either direction.

The entire unit was very clean with very comfortable furniture all throughout, including the balcony seating. The views are second to none in the Destin area. The AC kept us very comfortable during some very hot July days. The owner was very accommodating and reached out multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. I am going to miss this place very much. It was so easy to make it “our” home while we were here. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for near perfection.

The property is so much more than the great photos you are seeing. The views are spectacular! The appointments inside are absolutely stunning. Everything fits and it’s so welcoming. My family gives this property a 10 out of 10.

Our week here was great. The place was very homey and the property offered great amenities on site. Nice large pools and direct access to the beach. Well maintained property. We would stay here again.
