About this apartment rental
Take the elevator to this third-floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and see the sweeping views of the white sandy beaches from your own balcony! You have 840 square feet where you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features luxury plank flooring and tile flooring and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Corian counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. A washer and dryer are located inside this unit for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

This rental was very clean and spacious. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach. The quiet hours they.have in place from 9am to 9pm ensured you were able to rest and relax without being woke up to loud people or noise. We love this place and wil definitely be a returning guest!

The complex was clean and quiet. The guest/2nd bathroom shower in unit 312 did not have cold water and the vent fan did not seem to be working well. That bathroom was very warm following showers. I have stayed at another unit in this complex and would probably not stay in this unit again.
