This ground floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico has sweeping views, and your own patio so you can walk right out to the white sandy beach! At 840 square feet, you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile flooring thru out the condo and a living/dining room looking right out to your patio and a washer/dryer in the unit. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Amazing location with the best view. The beach is not overly crowded which to me is worth it. This is our third time staying here and we will definitely be back next year.

I've been several times over the years. My family loves the DBC because of the location, the cleanliness and the staff. However, this year was not a great stay. The king-sized bed was awful. My 10-year-old daughter and I tossed on it all night, and then woke up sore every morning. It was hard as a rock. The living room furniture was also uncomfortable. We spent most days outside, but it's kind of nice to relax and watch a movie at night. The furniture was so awkward and uncomfortable that a movie or tv night wasn't really an option. I love the DBC, but won't stay there again and not sleep or be able to relax.
